8:00 am - Site Available for Team Arrivals/Set up
8:00 am - Meat Inspection Begins
8:00 am – 3:00 pm - Team Check in
3:00 pm - Cooks Meeting – Judges Tent
5:30 pm - Gates open for VIP reception
6:00 pm - Anything Butt judges meeting (judges tent)
7:00 pm - Anything Butt and Dessert turn in
11:00 pm - Gates close – quiet time
Sunday, September 2nd
8:00 am - Festival opens to vendors and cruise-in
8:00-11:00 am - Vendors check in
10:00 am - BBQ judges meeting
12:00 pm - Gates open to public
12:00-1:30 pm - Cornhole registration/setup
9:00-1:00pm - Cruise-in registration
12:00 pm - Chicken turn in
12:30 pm - Ribs turn in
1:00 pm - Pork turn in
1:30 pm - Brisket turn in
2:00 pm - Cornhole tournament
1:30-4:00 pm - Judging/recording/printing of score sheets
3:00 - Cornhole Tournament
3:45 pm - Awards out and ready
4:00 pm - BBQ competition awards ceremony
4:30 pm - Car Show awards
7:45 pm - Cornhole awards
8:00 pm - Festival closes
